DESCRIPTION

 FOTFPARAM  get FOTF object parameters

 Usage; [A,NA,B,NB,T] = FOTFPARAM(fotf_object)

        Returns FOTF object parameters where
        A, NA - pole polynomial coefficients and exponents,
        B, NB - zero polynomial coefficients and exponents,
        T     - ioDelay [sec]
