       Usage: [Kp,Ki,Kd] = ZNTUNE(K,L,T,ctrlType)
       
       where   [Kp, Ki, Kd] - controller parameters,
               K, L, T      - FOPDT model parameters
               ctrlType     - 1, 2 or 3 for P, PI or PID controller
